Lake seeks four-year term as Frederick County Orphans Court judge
Laura J. Lake, a Democrat from Middletown, filed her candidacy for judge of the Frederick County Orphans Court. Appointed by Gov. Shipley files for Orphans bench in Frederick County

Shipley a 54 year old resident of Middletown and retired air traffic controller filed Friday as a candidate for judge of the Frederick County Orphans Court in the Democratic primary election set for September 11.
