Election marks last session of synod
The Synod of the Potomac and the Woman's Synodical gathered in Broddeck Hall for sessions concluding with a talk by RK Keppel executive secretary of the Board of Christian Education on Christian Education in Today's World. The evangelism report urged preaching missions lay evangelism and adult classes toward confirmation with emphasis on strengthening attendance and reaching the unchurched. A new committee for 1938-39 was named including Maurer Groff Jones Behrets Levans and others.
