Final trial arguments in Fagan murder case begin

Monument repairs close Washington Monument at state park

The Washington Monument at Washington Monument State Park near Boonsboro will close for repairs from June 19 to September 19. Maintenance chief David Moore says the structure will be repointed over three months, replacing cracked mortar after a seven year funding process.
