Weverton Liquor to Common Carrier
State's Attorney Omer T. Kaylor of Washington county interprets Maryland dry law to require liquor shipments only via common carrier. Savage Sighlling Co of Weverton must deliver liquor to express companies or railroads for shipment, not to messengers or direct delivery to wet territory.
