The union representing over 1,000 Montgomery County school bus drivers fights a drug testing program as unconstitutional and vows to pursue court appeals if a circuit court injunction fails. President Vincent Foo criticizes the policy as overboard while school system spokesman Brian Porter defends it as a safety measure.
