Brunswick To Get More Postal Facilities

In Centreville Maryland early today four teen adults and four children were left homeless when seven shanties occupied by Kent Narrows oyster shuckers burned. The two room frame shanties owned by Thomas Ewing housed families and workers. The fire began when water boiled over on a gas stove igniting papers, with flames spreading after a propane tank exploded.

Mystery Of Bloodstains In Abandoned Car Solved
State Police traced the bloodstained car found Thursday on Md 550 between Woodsboro and Libertytown. Trooper E L Baum cited driver Thomas C Roberts 16 Libertytown for operating without a license after the vehicle overturned. Roberts suffered facial lacerations and was treated. Billie Ray Eyler 21 Woodsboro was also injured in a separate Apples Church road crash and hospitalized in Frederick in satisfactory condition.
