Frederick man James Fouche Jr. dies in head-on crash
James Wilson Butch Fouche Jr., 21, of 3-A W. Seventh St., died at Washington County Hospital after a head-on collision on U S 15 near Hahn s. Noble Ridings, 51, of Martinsburg and Ruth Masters, 53, also involved, were injured. State police cited failure to stay right of center and no one wearing seat belts as factors. Fouche was a 1975 Gov. Thomas Johnson graduate and longtime Johnny s Market employee. Charges pending.

Surviving: parents sister Cathy Lynn Bowers Ralph C Bloom Naomi Fouche and niece and nephew. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Monday June 5 at Smith Fadeley Keeney Basford Funeral Home. Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery.
