Water Witch Harley Promises Water at First Shot
Harley uses a cherry divining rod to locate water on Montgomery and Frederick County lots. He reports successful finds at 40 to 100 gallons per minute and offers a no water no fee policy, with a government compliant abandonment plan for dry holes. He touts an aging but cheaper low pressure rig to cut drilling depth and costs.

Water witch helps Harley strike water at shallow depth
Warren Curtis Harley watches a 30 foot water strike on a wooded Urbana homesite. His brother Perry, president of Harley Well Drilling Inc., located the source with a divining rod before drilling. The Harleys promote PVC well casing as a long term option and rely on family tradition and grandfather Cromwell's water theories to guide their work.
