The Frederick Town Savings Institution invites new accounts with a four percent savings rate. It urges customers to save earnings and be ready for opportunity, highlighting the advantages of opening an account with its Savings Department.
President Wilson visits Annapolis June 3 to urge new officers to bear heavy responsibilities. He recalls his inauguration trouble and links it to the graduates, praising their responses to duty and noting the bond between commander and cadet. He warns that their future trials may outlast his.
