Frederick man sentenced for selling crack
Frederick County Circuit Court Judge G Edward Dwyer sentenced Joseph Wilson Parker Jr. to 15 years in prison without parole for selling crack at Windsor Gardens and gave a concurrent 15 year term for violating parole on an earlier cocaine distribution charge. Parker, 46, had 17 prior convictions and was convicted by a Frederick jury this year. evidence included a body wire recording and police entrapment defense was rejected.
