AT&T strike unlikely to disrupt services, secretary says

Sarah Osborn crowned county dairy princess in Frederick County
Urbana Sarah Osborn was named Frederick County's 25th dairy princess at a Saturday night crowning in a silver anniversary event. The 18 year old Keymar resident will advance to the July 31 state contest during the 28th coronation at the Sheraton Inn Frederick along with two other contestants Lisa Payne of Tuscarora and Patt Favorite of Thurmont. Debbie Osborn previously won the title in 1964 making Sarah the second in her family to receive the honor. Past dairy princesses attended the contest and several state winners from Frederick County were noted. Next month she will crown the county farm queen after serving as second runner up in last year's statewide competition.
