Zoning Appeals Consider Permits At County Court House
Frederick County Appeals Board heard three zoning cases Tuesday. James Langdon sought two sign permits at Old U.S. 15 and the Turnpike bypass with a conditional approval backed by County Planner Arthur Hatton. Waters sought to add a garage near Mount Philips Road and Butterfly Lane, claiming hardship after masonry work began without a permit. Carl Kress and wife sought to double the Paddock Inn restaurant size on land 26, noting expansion would still fit non performing use limits but space for parking could become tight.
