Augsburg Germany July 28 charges of instigating brutality and murder against concentration camp prisoners were served on Ilse Koch wife of the Buchenwald camp commander. The 140 page charge sheet alleges repeated cruelty to Nazi victims under her husband’s command. Her trial is set for September before a German court and would be her second.
