Visor Lights to Be Removed Under Baughman Plan
Automobile Commissioner E Austin Baughman plans to remove green visored lights on certain cars within 40 to 50 days citing glare and danger. Leg Found in River Near Pier 22 Shocks Philadelphia
A severed human leg was found in the Delaware River off Pier 22 near Lom bard Street by policeman James Mealon of the Third and Delancey street station.
