Judge rules on records in Aron retrial faces limits
In Rockville, Judge Ferretti denied barring defense access to Dr Barry Aron's telephone and credit card records but imposed use restrictions. The motion sought all charge accounts and personal and cell records from 1997 onward to probe motives and possible relationships. The trial also heard testimony from Aron's son and psychologist Dr Michael Kelley on family dynamics and mental health.
