A 16yearold Wheaton youth identified as Paul E. Wersick was indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on first degree murder armed robbery and use of a handgun in a felony in the slaying of a Rockville tax assessor. The indictment accuses the defendant of stealing a wallet cash and a wristwatch totaling 72 dollars. Prosecutors refused to comment further.
