Baltimore authorities outlined plans for daytime air raid drills to match nighttime readiness. Col Barrett urged county directors to prepare for day alarms, noting yesterday’s false alert showed motorists ignored warnings. A spotter and a red signal error caused the alert, while Anne Arundel’s code signals prevented a warning there.
