New Breed Of Politicos Will Take Story To People
Arthur Edson surveys Kennedy and Nixon as a new political era emerges. Both leaders, shaped post World War I, blend youth and ambition, plan early campaigns, and project flexible images while navigating religious, regional, and party dynamics. Each pursues victory with differing paths, one via primaries, one through Old Guard support. The piece weighs future potential and risks for both in a shifting political landscape.
