The Annapolis board met last night and quashed before the Mayor. James H. Brown was named mayor James Heyell counsellor John H. Wells Robert E Strange RV. Cleyton C. Agreement Filed Conveying Rights of B&O to Western Union
An agreement was filed for record in the clerk's office this afternoon between the Western Union Company and the Western Telegraph Company conveying the right title and use of the B&O line rights. A copy of this agreement is filed in all counties where the B and O have lines. Central M.
