Judge orders attorney to use married name in court
In Pittsburgh a federal judge barred using the title Ms in his courtroom, ordering Barbara Wolvovitz to be called Mrs. Lobel. He cited state law and the Pennsylvania Family Law Practice and Procedure Handbook, while her co-counsel Jon Pushinsky was held in contempt with a suspended 30 day sentence.
