Injuries in Route 40 Crash Fatal to Mrs Hartsock
Mrs. Katie V. Hartsock 49 of Baltimore died at Frederick Memorial Hospital from injuries in a head on collision on Route 40 two miles east of New Market Friday afternoon. Her son John 11 was treated for head injuries and possible internal injuries. Guy Edward Snook 27 of New Market driver of the other car was reported in satisfactory condition with head lacerations and back injuries. State Police indicated a possible charge of failing to keep to the right pending outcome.

Sullivan Heart Victim Dies at 56 in Baltimore
John Ignatius Sullivan former Coast Guard assistant chief counsel for the Navy Department and Coast Guard, aged 56, died in Baltimore after eight weeks in Marine Hospital. A Georgetown Law graduate, he spent 39 years in federal service and helped organize Federal Employes Union. Survivors include his widow Elisabeth, daughter Maria, son Thomas, and three sisters.

WBMA House Party At Hood College Seeks Missionary Speakers
