Batthford July 14 Mr John Coffay of the Water Department brought home the body of his son James 4 Coffay who died after a railroad incident near Altoona. Coffay questioned the cause, suggesting possible foul play due to three right side head wounds. An almshouse death followed and Dr Rol ler attended. Nash vib Tennessee July 14. William Reed bitten by a water moccasin while fishing grew feverish and delirious with hydrophobia like symptoms but recovered after treatment by physicians.
