Westview North subdivision gains approval for 24-unit townhomes
The Adamstown planning board approved a 24 unit townhouse development on the east side of Design Road near Westview Park despite mixed feedback. The project by JF Westbrook reps notes two side boundaries with New Road and commercial property, claiming townhomes as the only viable option for this location and size.
