Frederick Man Dies in Md 31 Motorcycle Crash

A Frederick man Rennie Gene Cowan 40 died at the scene after losing control of a motorcycle on Md 31 near the Frederick Carroll County line. The 7:11 p.m. crash marked the second fatal Frederick motorcycle incident in two days with responders from Libertytown Woodsboro and New Windsor fire companies.
