Forfeiture in Two Youths Case on West Patrick Street
Collateral was forfeited Friday on West Patrick Street for two youths charged with possession of alcohol. They had bond posted at 55 dollars but failed to appear in Magistrate Court. Defendants include Michael E. Young, RFD 5, Frederick, and Brent Allen Gibbs, 19, RFD 1, Frederick, who were arrested June 30 while driving. In another case, Chester Lee of Ford Road was ordered to pay 20 dollars weekly for wife and three children, case continued to October 1 by Magistrate Edward D. Storm.
