Alfred White a 40 year old Worcester County tenant farmer and father of seven died after a self defense gunshot at Peninsula General Hospital Salisbury from a wound in the forehead. His wife Louise A White 36 was taken to Berlin police after she claimed she shot him during an argument last night. Police said she retrieved a .22 rifle and fired through a window as White allegedly threatened her. The death followed a Berlin to Salisbury transfer and a pending charges decision after a conference with the Worcester County State Attorney.
