The will of Mrs. Eilleen C. Himes of Prospect Hall was probated in Orphans Court this morning leaving the estate to her husband Joseph H. Himes with trust provisions for the children. The document bequeaths 300000 to Mr. Himes plus personal effects and clothing and instructs a trust for life with net income to be divided among their children. An insurance policy valued at 50000 owned by the testatrix passes to daughter Miss Marilynn Himes. The will, dated June 13 1951, names executor Mr. Himes and was witnessed by Catherine H Duckett Ruth Lewis Haller and T Stuart Haller of Frederick.
