Frederick Town Maryland reports its financial condition as of June 30 with assets totaling 2,899,742.21 and deposits at 2,982,674.17. Secretary S J Marshall Miller swears the figures are true before Notary Public Meas A Chapline.
Senator Harding met Middle West Republican leaders and planned to consult with Senator Harding about the front porch campaign. He was to confer with General Wood and Senator Cummins, the first meeting with Wood since the nomination. The Associated Press reports Governor Cox plans to return to Columbus Monday after strenuous efforts to shape matters. Conferences were scheduled for today as part of the preparations.
