FCNB Bank declares 15 cent quarterly dividend
FCNB Corp the FCNB Bank holding company announces a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share payable July 22 to stockholders of record July 15. For the second quarter ended June 30 1994 net income reached 1 335 000 or 57 cents per share up from 1 090 000 or 46 cents in Q2 1993. Assets as of June 30 1994 exceeded 406 million up about 7 percent from 1993. Loans rose over 21 percent and deposits up 7 percent from a year earlier. A Patrick Linton FCNB president notes emphasis on widening net interest margins and new products. FCNB operates 12 offices in Frederick and Carroll counties and was established in 1818.

Dollar sinks to record yen low as Tokyo stocks dip
