Rural symphonies spark a national arts boom in small towns

Evidence of 1622 Indian massacre found near Williamsburg

Archaeologists Ivor Noel Hume and Eric Klingelhofer unearthed a crushed skull and skeletal remains at Carter's Grove near James River, linking the 1622 massacre at Wolstenholme Town to the Powhatan Indian chief Opechancanough.
