The body of 25 year old Sarah M. Miller of Potomac was pulled from the Potomac near Harpers Ferry West Virginia after slipping into a debris pile below a dam. Rescue teams retrieved the body about eight feet from the West Virginia shore. This years first Potomac drowning, river level noted as low. Authorities said river patrols have been increased since last year's drownings.
