County panel rejects night meetings for plan talks
Frederick County Commissioners voted to keep daytime worksessions for the comprehensive plan update and to video tape sessions in July. They will broadcast meetings on cable TV and rebroadcast at convenient times, with plans to move to a renovated room at Winchester Hall. Public comment remains open, and any drastic changes would trigger a public hearing.
