New A P Supermarket Planned On West Patrick Street
A new A and P supermarket and land deal valued at about 250000 will bring an expanded store and parking to the 4W block of West Patrick street. Four buyers led by Millard Crum Sr of Cerescille acquire parcels at 158 40 442 45 West Patrick street for a shared project with Crum leasing to A P officials. Construction by Charles R Scribner of Baltimore aims for a 125 by 150 foot modern building with two acres and a site from West Patrick to West South street extension. Construction starts around August with an April lease start, and the plan includes an adjacent cafe area.
