Last Civil War era vessel returns Constellation to Harbor
The USS Constellation, Baltimore's Civil War era ship, returns to Inner Harbor after a two and a half year restoration. Shipwrights replaced masts decking and rotted planks while using modern materials, with funding from the Constellation Foundation and donors. A Friday ceremony will honor the ship, with Navy officials and Baltimore leaders in attendance. Aircraft carrier style?
