Phantom zoning dispute put to court for dismissal
Lewistown Utica Civic Association and Frances and James Robinson seek to block a county study and challenge a conditioned zoning in the Sandower 80 acre parcel. County Attorney John Mathias moves to dismiss, insisting no contract or condition exists for public sewer. LUCA attorney Joseph Michael counters that the agreement exists and demands lifting the condition or reversion to agricultural zoning. Michael has until Feb 1 to respond.
