Bay Bridge toll plan studied by state roads panel
The Maryland State Roads Commission will study the toll structure for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge with hopes of possible reductions. A legislative resolution calls for a speedy review, amid calls for overhaul of tolls and potential changes to the commission’s size. The discussion references past proposals and maps, including comparisons to the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel, and notes comments from SRC Chairman Robert O. Bonnell.
