Computer analysis unit helps nab Frederick County burglar
Freda Joseph Robert Lagana, 24, was charged by Detective Mike Sabol with second degree burglary motor vehicle theft theft under $500 destruction of property forgery and related counts after a Jan 25 arrest in Urbana. The arrest followed a year of the county’s crime analysis unit predicting the next break in and monitoring the six mile area. Lagana denied identity at a bail hearing and was identified via forged checks cashed at a local bank. He faces multiple charges with bail set at 120000.
