Valley students simulate economy in Valletaria in class
Fifth graders at Valley Elementary created a miniature society named Valletaria with a president legislature and court. Each child ran a business paid in backers, three market days saw inflation recession and tax moves as kids bought sold and loaned money. The event wrapped with liquidation and reflections on insurance and profits among diverse ventures.
