Tisdale Sworn In As Fourth Frederick Circuit Judge

Judge John H Tisdale was sworn in as the fourth judge on Frederick County Circuit Court. County accepts roads into system vote 3-2

Frederick moves Carroll Creek into underground conduits as final phase of a 60 million plan advances.
