Car train collision kills Frederick County woman
A Frederick County woman, Tina Adkins, 20, died after a car struck a train on Md 144 near Mount Airy late Tuesday night. Driver Daniel Lansdowne, 22, Frederick, was flown to MIEMS in Baltimore in critical condition. Passengers Wendy Laskey and Kenneth Smith, both 19 of Frederick, are listed in critical condition at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
