Maryland National Guard Medical Company earns superior rating
The Medical Company at McKeldin Maryland with Captain Robert S. Stone received a superior rating after the annual Federal inspection by Major Paul B. Lord. The session included anatomy lessons, cooking, automotive principles, and military courtesy for new recruits. Promotions followed for several specialists and privates. In Annapolis, a preschool training measure for handicapped children faced heated debate before the bill was sent to the governor, with arguments on cost and program effectiveness.
