His wife Claudia testified he was away often and there was little food. Perkins must pay 35 weekly for child support. James Lewis Ashwell faced non support charges. his wife Ruth said he earns about 580 weekly plus government checks but provides none. Magistrate ordered Ashwell to pay 25 weekly for five years. Malcolm J Parker colored 163 West AB Saints Street was found guilty of disobeying a police order. fined 5 plus costs. William Franklin Fauble Frederick received a suspended sentence for disorderly conduct. deputy testified Fauble struggled to avoid being jailed.
