Judge cancels Linganore election after court agreement

A county judge canceled the Lake Linganore Board of Directors election amid a threatened lawsuit over improper rescheduling. The agreement with the plaintiffs and Circuit Court Judge Herbert L. Rollins calls for delaying the election and tasking the League of Women Voters of Montgomery County to oversee it at a later date, likely no sooner than 90 days. Francis J. Only nominee for Middletown burgess declines job

William Thompson is the sole candidate in Middletown’s special election on February 97 after his father-in-law nominated him at a special convention. Unseasonable Storm Dumps Rain Across Frederick County
