Building permit granted for Williams home in Potomac
Montgomery County records show a $175000 home permit issued Friday after a $31415 sewer and water waiver from WSSC for Redskins owner Edward Bennett Williams. Construction by Gruver and Cooley requires Williams to obtain 800 feet of rights of way and donate $2800, with pipes feeding five houses toward Durham Drive. The Maryland health department moratorium in Cabin John Watershed prompted the waiver.
