Keefer Dies Sudden at Home in Frederick
Frank B B Keefer a 64 year old plumber and former Water Works superintendent died suddenly at his home 34 East South street Frederick after a short illness. He had 45 years in the trade and held several civic roles including Moose Lodge Knights of Pythias and United Fire Co No 3.
