Man Struck and Killed on Interstate 270
A Frederick man walking on Interstate 270 was struck and killed by a southbound car at about 2 a.m. The driver, William Kruger 29 of Laurel, had two passengers and three others injured slightly. Kruger’s party was treated and released. Miller had no fixed address and had lived at Union Rescue Mission. Police indicate Miller was at fault. the incident was witnessed by Trooper Mike Brennan.
