Montgomery church hit by vandals again
Firefighters investigated several small fires set Sunday at Montrose Baptist Church in Rockville, the same church previously hit by fires and vandalism in June. Fires inside and outside were extinguished quickly around 5 30 a.m. Sunday school classes and church services proceeded despite about 62000 dollars in damage. Investigators labeled the fires arson, and Pastor Robert Crowley said he believed the blazes, burning in the sanctuary and classrooms, were vandalism.
