McClellan to head state delegation for 9th year

McClellan of Frederick was unanimously elected chairman of Frederick County six member delegation to the General Assembly for the ninth year and re elected chairman of the Western Maryland delegation. Officials at the Maryland School for the Deaf defended the Columbia campus as a state audit urged consolidation into the Frederick school.
