Bank Robber Shot Dead In Frederick Incident
A 52 year old Prince George s County man was shot and killed by a Frederick City Police officer during a parking lot exchange of gunfire near a Golden Mile shopping center after a bank robbery in east Frederick. The shooter s identity was withheld pending family notification. Police recovered money from the suspect and jacket and bag, while a second armed robbery occurred at Woodsboro Bank but the robber was not found.
