Reading honors for Frederick County grandfather in Annapolis
James Presley 45 of Sjamsville and a field superintendent for Robert K. Wormald Construction Co. in Frederick was recognized at the Governor's Employment and Training Council luncheon for enrolling in Maryland Literacy Works and learning to read. Presley, who has dyslexia and left school in sixth grade, praised teachers who helped him gain confidence and skills to read.
